A 12-episode documentary series that tells the complete story of Greek migration to the USA for the first time. From Theodoros Griego, the first Greek to land in Florida in 1528, to the modern-day Greek scientist affected by the "brain drain", the series unfolds a multi-layered narrative regarding the creation, evolution, and ongoing transformation of Greek-American identity. It is a journey that connects the past with the present, highlighting how Greek-Americans both shaped and were shaped by their new homeland, all while never ceasing to look toward their own Ithaca.
