Definitions
The terms “Terms of Service”, “Terms of Services” or the term “TOS”, which is handled as a singular noun, refer to this document.
The terms “we”, “our”, “us”, "Pan Entertainment S.A.", "Pan Entertainment" or the "Company" mean or refer interchangeably to Pan Entertainment.
The terms “SERVICE” as well as its plural form, refer to (A) the use of the SITE for any reason and (B) to all services or products provided by Pan Entertainment through the SITE or otherwise.
All references to the words “you” and /or “User(s)” mean any person who accesses the SITE either as Registered User or as an anonymous user;
All references to the words “Client” and /or “Account” mean any person or legal entity who accesses a SERVICE after purchasing a license by Pan Entertainment;
The term “Content” refers to articles, data, graphic displays, pictures, advertising, and all information, materials, and services (i) displayed in any website operated by Pan Entertainment or (ii) used for or by any SERVICE of Pan Entertainment.
Acceptance of terms
By using the SITE and/or SERVICES, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Any new features or tools which are added to the current SERVICES shall be also subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time here. Pan Entertainment reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to the website. You are advised to check the Terms of Service from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you.

Modification
Occasionally we may, in our sole discretion, make changes to these Terms of Service. The current TOS are always available at the following URL: https://www.pan.com.gr/legal/. By continuing to use the Service after those changes are made, you are expressing and acknowledging your acceptance of the changes.
Site Content
You agree that all Content, contained in or made available by the SITE or via the SERVICES is protected by copyrights or other intellectual property and other proprietary rights and laws.
Pan Entertainment as the owner of the Site Content and/or the licensee (as the case may be) of the Site Content, has the rights, title and interest in all of the content, text, graphics, databases, designs, software, icons and hyperlinks on the SITE. As such our intellectual property is protected from infringement by domestic and international treaties and legislation.
Clients’s Content
(a) We do not claim any intellectual property rights or commercial rights over the material the Client provides to the SERVICE of Pan Entertainment. All material the Client upload remains to Client's ownership. Pan Entertainment deletes any content after SERVICE termination according to its Data Retention Policy. If a Client wants to remove their content he/she can do so by deleting its account or by asking a Pan Entertainment representative to do so.
(b) By uploading images and text, content or other information to SERVICE, the Client agrees to allow Pan Entertainment to display and store them, and agrees that Pan Entertainment can, at any time, review all the content submitted by the Client to its SERVICE.
(c) We will not disclose the Client's confidential information to third parties, except as required in the course of providing our services. Confidential information includes any material or information provided by the Organizer to us which is not publicly known (e.g: eMailManager contacts database). Confidential information does not include information that: (i) was in the public domain at the time we received it, (ii) comes into the public domain after we received it through no fault of ours, (iii) we received from someone other than the Client without breach of our or their confidentiality obligations, or (iv) we are required by law to disclose.
Rights of Pan Entertainment
(a) We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Services for any reason, without notice at any time.
(b) We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason at any time.
(c) We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and Accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
(d) Verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any customer, employee, member, or officer of Pan Entertainment will result in immediate account termination.
(e) We reserve the right to provide our services to your competitors and make no promise of exclusivity in any particular market segment. You further acknowledge and agree that Pan Entertainment employees and contractors may also be Pan Entertainment customers/event organizers and that they may compete with you, although they may not use your confidential information in doing so.

Links to third party web sites may be displayed to the SITE or via the SERVICES. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by Pan Entertainment of the contents on such third-party Web sites. Pan Entertainment SA is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such third party Websites. If you decide to access linked third party Websites, you do so at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
(a) You expressly understand and agree that Pan Entertainment shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
(b) In no event shall Pan Entertainment or our suppliers be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our site, our services or this agreement (however arising including negligence). You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
(c) Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an ”as is“ and ”as available“ basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory.
(d) Pan Entertainment does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
(e) Pan Entertainment does not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the services will be accurate or reliable.
(f) Pan Entertainment does not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Services will be corrected.
Waiver
The failure of Pan Entertainment to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Pan Entertainment and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Pan Entertainment (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Notices
Notices to you may be made via either email or regular mail to the address in Pan Entertainment’s records. The Services may also provide notices of changes to this TOS or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices to you generally on the Services. Choice of Law
